If you have a LOGO to be engraved, you must provide us with the HIGHEST quality .PSD, .AI or .SVG file. Other files may work, (like PNG or JPEG) but will require more file cleanup and setup time and will be charged $30/hr for file setup.

The slot in the middle is cut at a slight (5-7 degree) angle and is roughly 3/8 of an inch deep. This gives the perfect angle and depth to correctly display your photos, cards, calendars, etc...

Appearances of wood grain and tone will vary due to natural growth fluctuations of the wood. Just as each tree is unique, our stands will reflect that uniqueness with an occasional varying wood grain, tone or knot. 
Listing photos are enhanced to better showcase our products. As every computer monitor, phone screen or tablet screen has different settings, actual wood grain and tone may appear lighter or darker than your screen.
 
DOMESTIC RETURNS: 
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we can accept a return. Returns are allowed up to 10 days after receiving the purchase. Every return (single or bulk orders) will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted after 10 days (from delivery date). 
 
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: 
Sorry, no International returns. All sales are final. 
 
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Yes! We do offer custom orders and customizations on our current listings. However, due to the nature of our assembly setup, we do have a $50 order minimum. If you need a STAND for a specific project but don't know exactly what you need, please message us.
